For more relaxed restaurant dining,
Jaxon’s Pub serves lunch and dinner for your convenience.
You
may choose to dine inside the pub or poolside on our lovely
patio during the summer months.

The Changing Tide Restaurant is the
perfect place to host your function or wedding
celebration, accommodating up to 75 guests in
the dining room overlooking Chick's
Cove. Downstairs in Jackson's Pub & Grille (also
accommodates 75) is perfect for pre-dinner
cocktail hours, after-dinner celebrations and
dancing.

Celebrations... Our restaurant can accommodate
up to 65 guests in the dining room overlooking
Chick's Cove.
We can accommodate an additional 60 guests downstairs in
Jackson's Pub & Grille, which is perfect for
pre-dinner cocktail hours an after-dinner
celebrations and dancing.
The Cocktail Hour
A delicious selection of hot and cold Hors
d'oeuvres served buffet and butler style such
as: Scallops wrapped in bacon, an assortment of
cold canapés, vegetable spring rolls, proscuitto
wrapped shrimp & melon, stuffed mushrooms,
crudités & cheese platter.
Champagne Toast
Dinner
Choice of starters include Our baby romaine
Caesar salad, Mandarin orange field green salad,
Potato & Leek soup, Lobster Bisque, or smoked
shrimp chowder.
Main Courses are beautifully garnished with
fresh seasonal vegetable and starch. Entree's
may include: Statler chicken breast with a
calvados cream, Poached North Atlantic Salmon
with a dill sherry hollandaise, slow roasted
prime rib of beef au jus, Beef Wellington
béarnaise, roast rack of lamb with fresh
rosemary, seafood stuffed haddock filet in
Japanese panko crumbs with lobster sauce
All dinners are complimented with a supreme
of fresh seasonal fruit, fresh warm bread with
herbed olive oil. Freshly brewed coffee of tea
to accompany your wedding cake.
Open bar is available during cocktail hour
for an additional $10 pp fee. To include an
open bar for the entire four hour wedding, a $20
pp fee would apply.
