Recently included in Harrods of London’s “Best of Britain”
list, Roly’s English Fudge is quite possibly the best fudge you will
ever taste. Firm and crumbly, not sticky or gooey, it melts in your
mouth, not in the bag. Roly’s English Fudge is much more than

All of our fudge is hand-crafted daily in hand-made copper “sweet pans”,
then poured onto stone slabs right in our shop. Each flavor is made in
22 lb batches and the process takes about 2 hours to complete. Come in
for a taste, see it being created and discover what the people of
southwestern England have been enjoying for years. We have pre-wrapped
gift boxes ready to go or mix and match to your taste. Roly’s English
Fudge travels very well and never requires refrigeration. |

it’s not English. But we own the shop and
Palazzolo’s is just too good not to share with our friends. Oprah must think so
too because she just added them to her “O List”. If you haven’t experienced
Palazzolo’s gelato, it will change the way you think about ice cream.
Gelato is European style ice cream that has very little air whipped into
it (a good thing) and can be made from a lower butterfat milk than most super
premium ice creams (also a good thing!). As a result, the greasy palate left by
high butterfat is eliminated, allowing the subtleties of the magnificent flavors
to be experienced. It is very dense, weighting almost twice as much per scoop as
most ice creams and is very satisfying. Naturally, Palazzolo’s is made
from the highest quality ingredients available in the world; from the Tahitian
vanilla to the European chocolates.
