Windows on the Water opened in June of 1985 in Kennebunkport, Maine.

To assure only the highest of quality, all fish and meat preparation must be handled in house and to order. All baked items,
as well as desserts, dressings, soups and stocks must be made from scratch on the premises each and every day. To meld these ingredients into culinary works of art that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate.
To assure that each and every guest finds his or her experience totally pleasurable, we must treat each guest as if they were a guest in our own home. Above all else, we must stand behind everything that we do 120%.
